Michele Rocca is currently assistant professor at the Department of Energy, Systems, Territory and Construction Engineering at the University of Pisa, where, before a period as a research fellow at the Sapienza University of Rome, he obtained the bachelor's and master's degrees and his Doctorate of Research in "Energy, Systems, Territorial and Construction Engineering".
His main research interests, with respect to which he has co-authored over 35 articles in peer-reviewed academic journals and conferences, include Indoor Environmental Quality, Energy Performance of Buildings, Thermal and Acoustic Insulation of the Building Envelope, Lighting, Acoustics, Photobiological risk from non-coherent sources.
